Ike`s Eats & Treats in Auburndale

What a great place to eat! I had two Chicago Dogs with no sport peppers. The hot dogs were the perfect temperature and the relish , tomatoes, and pickles were chilled....delicious. The owner was super engaging and fun to chat with! Be sure to check it out!!

Great atmosphere, the owner is kind and is very friendly. The ice cream is good, the food is good. This place is a great break from the Auburndale park and Florida heat.

I adore this restaurant a lot. It has a romantic atmosphere. The meals are great. the service is powerful and the stuff is friendly. The pay is decent. truly recommend.

I can't say enough about this place I'm a Chicago girl There Beefs and Hot dogs are Wonderful I might just gave to go back tonight for some ice cream it looked yummy There is also a large game room You need to try them out you won't. be dissatisfied

Great place for a quick bite to eat at lunch. Chicago hotdogs and Italian beef sandwichs are the most original I have found in this area.

Stopped in to get a dog, as a dear uncle who recently past away loved this place. Clearly family owned and operated, this place is a gem. My Chicago dog was made perfectly to order (with extra sports and relish) and the dog was hot and fresh with that perfect Vienna “pop” when you bite into it. Delicious! The owner chatted at our table for several minutes and you could see how much he cared about his customers and the quality of his food. Definitely will be back next time I’m in town.

Omg love love love this place. The staff is amazingly friendly and wonderful and the food is just so yummy. And love being a kid again with all the games.

My girlfriend is from Chicago and gets homesick pretty often. This place is a great place to cure it. It also helps me get by on my Italian beef cravings. Dont drive to Brandon to go to portillo's it's a waste of gas. Come to this little gem on downtown Auburndale instead if you need a polish or beef fix! Also has a great selection of bottled drinks! There's a place in Darien, IL I go to every time I'm up there and they have beefs and red cream soda so ikes helps me feel like I'm back up north :)

Love this place. Ice cream is delicious and great prices. The arcade machines are outdated but still lots of fun. Right across the park. Excellent alternative to take the kids; enjoy ice cream and then to the park to burn some energy.

We love this shop! All the employees are super nice. They have great food and ice cream at great prices. And the arcade is fun and a huge hit with the kids. We started going here right after I had my daughter and I was dairy free to feed her and this was the only place that had dairy free ice cream- and it didn’t taste horrible like other dairy free ice cream has. Now 3 years later we stop buy for ice cream and fun after each visit to the park. My 3 year old will play at the park and then beg to go for ice cream. Definitely a great little shop!

Top notch! The Italian beef sandwich is so filling. The bread is soft and soaks up the Au Ju perfectly. Their hot dogs are phenomenal as well. A true taste of Chicago and the owner brings that Midwest hospitality. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. We are customers for life after 1 visit.

I miss having an arcade where I used to live ever since I moved here it's been nice to have Ike's around,The owners are really nice and I've now lived here in auburndale for about 4 years now and I've gone to Ike's at least 100 times.And after playing games you can get a vanilla malt shake or strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Ike's is a really awesome place to go to when you got free time and want to have a good time. Bring your friend's and family too.

So retro loved it! Arcade was a good size super fun and the ice cream and old school soda was awesome!

My Wife and I just returned from a trip to Chicago. The goal was to see the sights and visit family. I had my own agenda: To try Chicago style beef sandwiches and Vienna beef hot dogs. We ate at Buona, Al's, Bo's, and Jaenicke's. None, not one, came close to the quality of Ike's here in Auburndale. Simply the best eight miles from my front door. We flew 1175 miles to eat "authentic" Chicago food, only to come right back home to get them done right. You can't beat the value, hospitality, and the utter perfection which is Ike's.

Ikes is such fun. Its an ice cream, hot dog, arcade place! The owner is super friendly and so are the staff! They have a special going on about the tokens where you buy more tokens you get a percentage more! 20 bucks will get you like, 120 tokens if i remember correctly! The ice cream is fab, the hot dogs to die for when the service amazing. They also have candy for sale like dirt cheap. We will be coming back soon!

Try it...You will love it! Great food.. Chicago Dogs done right!!!!! All your favorite ice creams. The games are fun for all.The prices, are fair if not low...for the quality. They are directly across the street on the corner from the city park.

This is a great place to get the Italian beef Samich but for me, I would get the buffalo chicken samich called the Mark. But if you really want to have fun, talk to Dan, the guy is just north of crazy. Just kidding, great place to have fun and great food, just don’t stare Dan in the eyes.

We will definitely continue bringing the baby here. I love the food too. The spicy roast beef sub was amazing. The prices are great. I'm going to tell everyone about this place.

I LOVE this place! Not only is the food phenomenal, but so is the customer service. It is a great place to bring your kids, or to feel like a kid again yourself. I take my son here every chance I get. The prices are great as well. The gentleman that is always here is so very friendly. I would give more stars if I could, I seriously cannot say enough good things! ☺️

Great place. fun and friendly. there's an arcade on the side of it that has its own ticket machine that you choose from like a vending machine. they have food and many flavors of ice cream.

Great place for some great hot dogs, Italian sausage, Italian combo, polish sausage, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, ice creams, and many different types of glass bottled soft drinks from the better days. Brought back beautiful memories of my childhood in Chicago! Thank you Ike & co-workers! Ohhhhhh and a arcade!! Bring on the good times for the entire family!

It’s so fun my family loves going there after going to the park

Honestly i remember seeing this place empty for years as a kid, by the time ikes was founded I was almost too old for the arcade...but no one could ever be too old for the great food at good prices and the delicious ice cream they have in this tiny little gem. Combine that with great atmosphere and a loving owner makes it a great quick stop for anyone.

It was great. My husband said that he really liked the Italian beef sandwich. It was really good. I got the dark cherry icecream cone. It was fantastic. We will return soon.

We have an autistic child and the management if not the owners were having a meeting in the customer seating area and were giving nasty looks. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with younger children especially if they have a learning disability.

A nice place to eat and enjoy some arcade games, they serve some tasty hotdogs my personal favorite is the one with coleslaw. they also have a nice variety of sodas aside from the big brands.they are also conveniently nearby the Auburndale park so if you get hungry they are practically a hop an skip away.

Authentic Chicago food and great ice cream.

We took our daughter to the park where she noticed this place and asked for ice cream so we took her and weren't disappointed. The ice cream is delicious they have lots of options you can build any flavor topping combo you want even on banana splits. The service was well the best in town this is actually the first good review I've been able to post in Auburndale! The older man I'm assuming hes the owner was very friendly and patient more like a family member than a business man he was very attentive and excited to have us sample his wares specially his adult flavors. There's an arcade inside with a decent little selection of games. It's a hidden little gem we're glad we discovered and we'll be making it one of our usual spots to visit!

Great atmosphere with awesome arcade games with great food!!!! I live out of town and anytime I am even remotely near Ikes, I always make my way to have something to eat there. Owners name is Dan, good people!

I personally didn't care for the Italian beef sandwich but my husband did. The Chicago dog was very good and the ice cream is to die for. The nutty nutty sundae was delicious.

Absolutely love this place! It’s great to go to after the kids play at the park or a random surprise special treat. Wide variety of games, ice cream and a delicious select menu. The owner and staff are so friendly and accommodating. It’s a fun family place!

Jack Brown's Seaplane Base is one of the most efficient and fun places to pursue a Seaplane pilot rating. The add-on course is scheduled for two days, but be prepared before you arrive (the staff is helpful in providing you the materials you'll need to study up prior to arrival. Its incredibly fun to learn to fly off water, but take the course seriously; The examiners are very serious about their job and you will be taxed to some extent during the course.

Stopped in because i saw the vienna beef banner in the window. Chicago dogs are fantastic! Very good selection of bottled soft drinks too.

Awesome place, clean, great tasting milkshake. Their Cookie monster ice cream is DELICIOUS! Place also has a good selection of arcade games.
